How direct hire works

  1. Quick onboarding - we agree commercial terms, a rate card, and a route to instruct. Call-off agreements, framework rates, or pure ad-hoc all work.
  2. You instruct by phone or email with the policyholder/driver details, postcode, vehicle class, and expected duration.
  3. We dispatch - same day in most areas, next working day at the latest.
  4. We coordinate collection at the end of hire and reconcile invoicing against the agreed terms.
