Partner relationships work differently to claimant work. What matters is not a single good experience, it is consistency across hundreds of cases, clean reporting, and a partner who does not create work for your team.
Here is what we do for partners, and who each part is for.
What we do for partners
Four things, which can be taken separately or together:
- First notification of loss. We take the first call, capture the incident properly, and move the case forward the same day.
- White-label claims and replacement vehicles. Delivered under your brand, so your customer experience stays yours.
- Credit hire and direct hire. Credit hire for non-fault claimants recovered from the at-fault insurer, and direct hire under agreed commercial terms.
- Intervention and recovery. Where you want to control cost by supplying the vehicle directly.
For insurers and brokers
We provide direct hire under agreed commercial terms and intervention support, with reporting and named account management tailored to your team. Credit hire claims are managed under the GTA.
The practical benefit is coverage without headcount. Nationwide supply, specialist vehicles including taxis, EVs, prestige and commercial, and a named contact who knows your account rather than a general inbox.
For fleet operators
Fleet downtime is a revenue problem before it is a claims problem. A vehicle off the road is a driver not earning and a contract at risk.
We handle the accident end to end so your team does not have to, and we replace like for like, which for a fleet means the right commercial vehicle, the right plated taxi, or the right EV, not whatever is spare. More detail on our fleet hire page.
For body repairers and garages
If you repair vehicles, replacement transport is the part of the conversation you cannot always solve. We take that off you.
Your customer gets a like-for-like vehicle for the duration of the repair, including the waits for parts and authorisation that you do not control, which removes the pressure on your team to rush a repair or absorb the complaint.
What partners get as standard
- Named account management. A person, not a queue.
- Nationwide coverage. Including specialist and plated vehicles.
- GTA-governed credit hire. A recognised framework rather than ad hoc terms.
- BVRLA and CHO accredited. Both memberships held and verifiable.
- Reporting shaped around your team, agreed at onboarding rather than imposed.
How to start a partner conversation
Tell us what you handle, what volume looks like, and where the gaps are. Whether that is out-of-hours FNOL, specialist vehicles you cannot source, or a white-label solution so your brand stays front of house.
We will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit. If your volume is entirely standard cars in one city, you may not need us. Get in touch and we will have a straight conversation about it.
