Plenty of brokers, insurers and fleet operators want to offer accident management without building a claims operation to do it. Building one means people, systems, a vehicle fleet, out-of-hours cover and accreditation, which is a serious undertaking for a service that sits alongside your core business.
White-label is the alternative. You offer the service. We run it.
What white-label actually means
Your customer experiences your brand throughout. The claim, the vehicle, the handler and the recovery all sit with us, presented under your name.
What that looks like in practice depends on how visible you want us to be. Some partners want us completely invisible. Others prefer a co-branded arrangement where our accreditation is a selling point. Both work.
What sits behind it
- FNOL handling. The first call captured properly, including out of hours.
- Vehicle supply. Nationwide, like-for-like, including commercial, plated taxi, EV and hybrid and prestige.
- Claims management. Under the GTA for credit hire, with recovery from the at-fault insurer.
- Named account management. So issues reach a person who knows your account.
Why partners use it
Three reasons come up repeatedly. It adds a service without adding headcount. It keeps the customer relationship where it belongs, with you. And it removes the awkward handover where you tell a customer to go and deal with somebody else.
That last one matters more than it sounds. Every time you pass a customer elsewhere, you hand over the part of the experience you cannot control, at the moment they are most stressed.
What we need from you
Clarity on three things at the outset. How visible you want us to be, what your customers should expect and be promised, and what reporting your team needs.
We agree those at onboarding rather than assuming. Getting the promise right matters most, because a white-label service that promises something we cannot deliver damages your brand, not ours.
Is white-label right for you?
It fits if you have customer relationships and no claims operation, or a claims operation that cannot cover specialist vehicles, nationwide supply or out of hours.
It is probably not worth it if your volume is very low or entirely standard vehicles in one area, and we will say so. Our partners page sets out the full picture, or get in touch for a straight conversation about fit.
